Your Tk20 username and temporary password will be emailed to you, directly from Tk20, upon account activation. Frequently check your Spam or Junk folder. Accounts are normally activated 24 hours after purchasing an account.
Tk20 will offer refunds for student subscriptions per the following policy:
- For accounts completely unused within 30 days of purchase: Full refund.
- For accounts unused between 31 days and 6 months of purchase: 50% refund.
- No Refunds will be issued after six months of purchase under any condition.
If you believe you meet the criteria for a refund, please send an email to Tk20support@asu.edu. We can contact Tk20 and initiate the refund process.
Mentor & Intern Mentor Teachers:
Your Tk20 login information will be e-mailed to you after students have received their placements and binders have been made available in Tk20.
Passwords for all Mentor Teachers and Intern Mentor Teachers will be reset at the end of each semester.

Welcome to the Teachers College Intent to Progress Online Form. This form is part of the Admission Module in TK20 and is called an admissions application into the iTeachAZ Professional Program. In order to use this module, you need to create your own applicant account with a login and password and submit a new application.
Note: You are already admitted to ASU and the Teachers College. The form is not an additional application process. It is simply a notification to the Teachers College Advising Office that you are ready to start iTeachAZ. No purchase is required to complete and submit your Intent to Progress form. Only students who have not started iTeachAZ (Term 5) will complete this form.
